ISSUE

WORKAROUND

STATUS

CSV files that Program Associates upload from O:\Staff\Limesurvey_Resources currently don’t work in SurveyMonkey. 

Impact:

Survey creators need to manually enter respondent's email addresses, or modify the CSV files.

Solution:

Change the format of the CSV produced by Agresso
  • Manually enter respondent email addresses

or

  • Open the CSV in Excel, delete the 'firstname' and 'lastname' columns, move the email column into the first column.  Save the CSV and upload to SurveyMonkey

SOLUTION FOUND

To be implemented late January 2019

If a survey creator shares their survey with someone, and notification email is sent to that person with a link to the survey.  If they are not logged in to SurveyMonkey, they get a Stale Request error with SSO. 

Impact:

Poor user experience. This is confusing for the user as the cause of the issue is not obvious.

Solution:

None yet.

User must login to SurveyMonkey first, then follow the share link in the notification email.ONGOING
