If this is an existing page and you were simply editing it, choose publish in the "Change to:" field and you're done!
But if this is a new page that you've just created, there are still a few more steps to complete:

Click on Edit Menu to the right of 'Main Navigation'

On the Edit menu Main navigation screen, press CTRL-F to open a search box.
Type the word policies.
You should find that there are multiple occurrences. Use the little down arrow to move through the occurrences until you see this one:

When you see it, you'll notice that the little box to the right of it is checked. That's good - it means "display this in the navigation".
Find the page you've just been working on (in our example, that's the 'Academic integrity...' page, which happens to be at the top.
The little box will be checked. That's bad - we don't want individual governance documents listed in the navigation.
Remove that little checkmark from the box to the right of the page we just created.

Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page, past all the other governance documents and hit 'Save'.
