CSV files that Program Associates upload from O:\Staff\Limesurvey_Resources currently don’t work in SurveyMonkey. 

Impact:

Survey creators need to manually enter respondent's email addresses, or modify the CSV files.

Solution:

Change the format of the CSV produced by Agresso
  • Manually enter respondent email addresses

or

  • Open the CSV in Excel, delete the 'firstname' and 'lastname' columns, move the email column into the first column.  Save the CSV and upload to SurveyMonkey

SOLUTION FOUND

To be implemented late January 2019

If a survey creator shares their survey with someone, and notification email is sent to that person with a link to the survey.  If they are not logged in to SurveyMonkey, they get a Stale Request error with SSO. 

Impact:

Poor user experience. This is confusing for the user as the cause of the issue is not obvious.

Solution:

None yet.

User must login to SurveyMonkey first, then follow the share link in the notification email.ONGOING

Unable to log out of SurveyMonkey

Impact:

When a person "logs out" of SurveyMonkey it does not actually log them out. So if someone else happens to log in, going back to their account can be problematic.

Solution:

Close the browser completely and wait a few seconds. After re-opening the browser you should be prompted to log back in.

Trying to re-open a Survey and send a follow-up reminder email but it is stuck and won't allow me to hit the Schedule Button

Impact:

Unable to send notifications.

Sending a test email says there is an error as well

Solution:

Double-check that the survey was properly re-opened. If it is not re-opened, follow the steps to re-open again until you can see it sticks.
