Use this setup if you wish to receive your RRU e-mail using your iPhone or iPad using the Outook app.

If not, proceed to Adding your account
Removing a previous RRU account for your Outlook App
Go to settings in the Outlook App
Accounts
Select the account
Remove from this Device
Adding a new account to your Outlook app
Download the app Outlook from the App Store
Open the Outlook App
Add the Account User Principal name (UPN@royalroads.ca)
MFA will be required
If this is the first time using the Authenticator you need to sign in
if this is the first time an on Outlook app MFA Code or prompt will show
The account will added successfully
