If this is an existing page and you were simply editing it, choose publish in the "Change to:" field and you're done!
But if this is a new page that you've just created, there are still a few more steps to complete:

Find the page you've just been working on (in our example, that's the 'Academic integrity...' page, which happens to be at the top.
The little box will be checked. That's bad - we don't want individual governance documents listed in the navigation.
Remove that little checkmark from the box to the right of the page we just created.

Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page, past all the other governance documents and hit 'Save'.
