This procedure is for someone with an existing Adobe account that requested an installation of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite software on their personal computer.

Please contact Computer Services by phone, email or Online Request Form to request a license before you attempt this installation.

Download the Adobe Creative Cloud Installer

  1. Once you know you have a license, head to https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop to log in and see all the available products
  2. Click on the appropriate product



  3. The application should prompt you to open the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop application
  4. If asked, please log in with your "Work or School" Adobe account (RRU email address and unique Adobe password)
     again
  5. The product should then start to install
  6. After the application is installed you can find the application in your start menu.  Some applications will also install a desktop icon
  7. Adobe Creative Cloud suite sometimes needs to do an update, just confirm the update
  8. When you open the Creative Cloud suite you will see a list of applications that are available to you.  Select the application you want installed (usually Adobe Acrobat) and install from there.  
  9. You can display the installation process by clicking on the Notification icon (a bell icon) in the top right
  10. You should be good to go.

Adobe Creative Cloud (MacOS) :

  1. Navigate to : https://creativecloud.adobe.com
  2. Select Download.Creative Cloud



  3. Double-click the Installer Icon, then select Open.



  4. Sign-in with your Adobe Account. (Should be RRU email address)
