If still there are limited responses after the survey closed, you can re-open the survey to send another reminder only to students who have not fully completed/submitted the survey. If the survey has low responses, consult with your Program Head to determine if re-opening the survey is required.
Select survey in ‘My Surveys’
Click the ‘COLLECT RESPONSES’ tab
Click the ‘CLOSED’ button under Status:
Click ‘open collector’:
The status will now be changed to OPEN
Now you can change the close date. Click on ‘Email Invitation 1’ next to the OPEN status:
Click the ‘OPTIONS’ tab
Click ‘Show advanced options’ and change the Cutoff date and time to five days later:

Please complete the evaluation by 11:45 pm on Date.
