Outlook 2010 Error - "The file does not exist" When Changing Options

When attempting to change any option in Outlook 2010 I get a "the file does not exist" error message when selecting OK to exit the option screen.  The only way to exit the screen is to hit Cancel (which means the changes are not saved).

Under Advanced in the Options screen; if you have "play a reminder sound" selected but no file listed, you will get this error.  You must select a sound file.

The default location is C:\Windows\Media
The default sound is Windows Notify.wav
