Converting a SurveyMonkey Account - Staff and Faculty

This process is used when you already have an account with SurveyMonkey and you want to convert it to the Royal Roads Enterprise account.

When Would You do This?

1. When you have an existing account with SurveyMonkey using your Royal Roads email address and you want to convert it into an enterprise account within the Royal Roads group
2. When you manually created an account with SurveyMonkey, not using SSO

How do You do This?

1. Go to https://www.surveymonkey.com/user/sso/rru
2. Login with your regular RRU credentials
   
3. Complete the information consent form and click ACCEPT
   
4. On the CONVERT AND ACCOUNT tab, enter your RRU username and password
5. Check the AGREEMENT box and click CONVERT ACCOUNT
