Are you an alumni trying to log into PCS website for the first time since June 2023?
You are in the right place.
Please follow this procedure:
You will need to Create Account → Validate Account. Enter your old RRU username and add @royalroads.ca. (ie. d2brown@royalroads.ca) Your old username might have contained a number. If you do not remember your username check your old emails or give the Computer Services helpdesk a call at 250-391-2659 or (866) 808-5429.
Enter ANY password. It does not matter what password. This triggers an email that they must then follow to activate and set a password.
In email click Verify Account your Account now
Enter a new password
Click Create password
Click another Validate account button to confirm your current info. (Note that Country code might be missing. Enter +1 for Canada/US just to be sure)
Once you are logged in, return to the StrongerBC link and click on the Apply Now button at that bottom of THAT page
