Name the Survey

Using a standard survey naming convention can help with identifying each survey. Using the course code in the title will make each survey easily identifiable. The course title will be displayed at the top of each page of the survey so students will know the context for the survey.

For example:

LRNT505 Y1314W-01

If you feel the need to add more info to the title, ensure the course code is the beginning of the title and append anything else to the end of the title.

Under the "DESIGN SURVEY" tab, hover over the survey title and click EDIT.  Once you have updated the title, click SAVE

Type or copy/paste the full course code, as shown in Agresso, into the title field.  You can also add the Course Title to the end of the course code or whatever else will allow your students to easily identify the course that the survey is about.

This title will show at the top of each page of the survey.
