Managing Emails :
Using the OneNote button in Outlook you can save complete email chains with all of their pictures and attachments. Emails saved to OneNote are saved "in the cloud" (1Tb storage) instead of creating a large Outlook data file.
- Select an email.
- Hold down the Ctrl key and left click to add individual emails.
- Hold down Shift to select multiple emails in a row.
- Ctrl key + A to select ALL.
- Select the OneNote button.

- Choose which tab you would like to save to.
- Select a tab to import the emails as individual pages.
- Select a page to import the emails into a single page.
- Saved emails will be added as pages under the selected tab.
Managing Emails (Bulk Export/Import) :
Installing Adobe DC will add the Adobe PDF Maker add-on to Outlook, which can be used to export multiple inboxes or folders as a single PDF.
- Confirm that Adobe DC is installed and that you have an "Acrobat" tab within Outlook.
- Select the "Selected Folders" icon and choose "Create new PDF..."
- Select which folders you would like to export.
