Cached Exchange Mode is a feature built into Outlook that can make working with large mailboxes easier, but may cause delays in email being sent/received or prevent shared calendars from synchronizing.

You will need to turn off Cached Exchange Mode for every inbox added to your Outlook profile.



Step-by-step guide

  1. Right Click the inbox name .Select "and select Data File Properties".

  2. Click "Advanced". 
  3. Select the "Advanced" tab.
  4. Uncheck "Cached Exchange Mode".

  3. Make sure Cached Exchange Mode is unchecked
  4. Click OK, and OK to save the changes
