To start Outlook, please do the following:
Copy this link (including the quotation marks) - "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\root\Office16\OUTLOOK.EXE"
Click on the Start Menu
Press Control-V on your keyboard
Press enter
Outlook should open.
Alternatively you can recreate a shortcut:Option 1 - Manually Recreate the icons
Right-click on a blank area on your desktop and choose New → Shortcut
Paste "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\root\Office16\OUTLOOK.EXE" click Next
Name it whatever you want or leave the default name
Click Finish
You can do this for other office applications, just replace Outlook.exe with WordWinword.exe, Excel.exe, or PowerPoint.exe.
You can also copy these shortcuts in the following folder so the icons appear in your start menu:
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs

Download the Zip (below) and save the icons to your desktop.
