- Close all Adobe products
- Navigate to C:\ProgramData\Adobe\OperatingConfigs
- Clear out the folder
- Re-start Adobe again
- A message that Adobe is installed on too many machines should now pip and give you the option to deactivate a license

This means the Adobe Acrobat Software was installed from the Adobe website rather the Software Center. You can bypass this error temporarily by deleting all files in C:\ProgramData\Adobe\OperatingConfigs The permanent fix is to uninstall the Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Acrobat and re-install through the Software Center. (I recommend making sure Adobe Creative Cloud is available in Software Center BEFORE you uninstall.) If Adobe Creative Cloud is NOT in Software Center, assigned ticket to PD-RAID to resolve this issue. |
