Adobe Acrobat suite is not available on Sentinel so if you need to access the software while working from home, you must install it on your local computer.
Step-by-step guide
Verify if you have a license
(If you know you have Adobe Pro DC license, skip to "Download the Adobe Products" below)
- Verify that an Adobe Pro DC license is assigned to your account by contacting Computer Services Helpdesk or look it up yourself
- Sign into adobe.com/ca using your Royal Roads email address
- Select Account
- Select View Account
- Under My Plans, Select View Plans
- Under Included applications and services, you should see "Acrobat DC Pro". If you do, you are good to go
- Sign into adobe.com/ca using your Royal Roads email address
Download the Adobe DC Pro Installer
- Once you know you have a license, head to https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop to log in and see all the available products
- Click on the appropriate product
- The application should prompt you to open the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop application
- If asked, log in with your Adobe account again
- The product should then start to install
- Once it is done, you can find you application in the start menu.
You should be good to go.
