Alumni need to follow the Alumni Login procedure
Basically:
Need to Create Account → Validate Account. Student will need to Validate their account using their old O365 username and it does not matter what password. This triggers an email that they must then follow to activate and set a password.
In email click Verify Account your Account now
Enter a new password
Click Create password
Click another Validate account button by confirming their info. (Note that Country code might be missing)
Return to the StrongerBC link and click on the Apply Now button at that bottom of THAT page
