A temporary financial restriction may be placed on a student record due to unmet financial obligations to the University.  The restriction will temporarily affect access University Services such as Moodle, registration services, and in-person classes.

Temporary restrictions will be removed once financial obligations are met.  Payment methods can be found at Ways to Pay .

If you are unable to clear the overdue balance, please reach out to Student Accounts to discuss your options.

Note: The MyAdmin site is not affected by this temporary restriction therefore you can still access this site to view your account and make an online payment.

What happens after I make a payment?

Your payment will be verified by the Student Accounts department and the temporary financial restriction will be removed from your account once all financial obligations have been met. Please note it can take up to 24-48 hours to regain full Moodle access.

  • If the Financial hold is removed before 4pm (Pacific Time), Monday to Friday, your account will be automatically unlocked at 6:30pm (Pacific Time).
  • If your account is removed from Financial hold AFTER 4pm but before 8:30am (Pacific Time), Monday to Friday, your account will be unlocked by 10am (Pacific Time).

To expedite the verification process, please email Student Accounts or phone 250-391-2600, x4282 or toll free at 1-800-788-8028, x4282 once payment is made.

Who should I call if I have questions, concerns or complaints

Please contact the Student Accounts department with any questions or concerns.
