For Windows Computers on the RRU network it is a little more complicated:

  • Click on the Start button and type CMD and hit enter
  • In the black window that opens, type IPCONFIG and hit enter
  • You will now see your network information including your IP Address

For a Mac Computer on the RRU network it is even more complicated:

  • Go to the Apple Menu, then select System Preferences

  • Click on "Network" in the System Preferences panel

  • Under "Show:", select the network interface that you want the IP/MAC address for. Generally, this will either be Built-In Ethernet or AirportImage Added
  • To find the IP address, click on the TCP/IP tab
