| Employees | What courses are available? Which ones can I take? | Over 9000 5000 courses across a broad range of topic areas. Work with your supervisor to align courses with your PDP so that time and space can be arranged for completing courses at work. For other topics unrelated to work, the RRU Lynda.com site is available to staff and faculty anytime, anywhere you have a connection to the internet. Checkout the Lynda.com app too! |
| Staff/facultyEmployees | What if I have an existing Lynda.com Linkedin account? | If you can remember your username/password (you can request this info directly from the Lynda.com site), you can 'connect' your existing account with your RRU Lynda.com account so you can view all of your courses in one account. You will be prompted to supply this information the first time you log in. | Staff/facultyThe first time you log into Linkedin Learning you will be asked if you want to connect your personal Linkedin account with your Learning account. If you want to add this connection, you will be able to access the learning community from either account. |

| Staff/faculty | Why doesn't my last name show up in my account profile? | If you have a # in your RRU username or email address, there is a known bug where your lastname is not added to your record. Lynda.com is working on this and should have a fix for it near the end of 2017. |
