Alumni need to follow the Alumni Login procedure

Did you get an email regarding a skills grant application?
Are you an alumni trying to log into PCS website for the first time since June 2023?
You are in the right place.
Please follow this procedure:
On the PCS site, you will need to go to the Student Portal → Validate Account.
Enter your old RRU username and add @royalroads.ca. (ie. d2brown@royalroads.ca) Your old username might have contained a number. If you do not remember your username check your old emails or give the Computer Services helpdesk a call at 250-391-2659 or (866) 808-5429.
Enter ANY password. It does not matter what password. This triggers an email that they must then follow to activate and set a password.
If you got the username correct, you will get a confirmation that an email has been sent. It has been sent to your personal email account.
In email click Verify Account your Account now Verification Link
Enter a new passwordClick Create password, confirm the password, confirm you are not a robot and then click Create password
You should get a confirmation screen confirming your account was re-activated.
Click another Validate account button by confirming their info. (Note that Country code might be missing)Return to the StrongerBC link and click on the Apply Now button at that bottom of THAT page.
You will be asked to login with the username (username@royalroads.ca) and your new password.
Review the info on the page, (Enter +1 for Canada/US even if it looks like it is entered already or whatever your country code is), check the boxes and click Register
You will get a final confirmation that your student account was finally activated
