Work with your supervisor to align courses with your PDP so that time and space can be arranged for completing courses at work. Staff/faculty | What if I have an existing Lynda.com account? | If you can remember your username/password (you can request this info directly from the Lynda.com site), you can 'connect' your existing account with your RRU Lynda.com account so you can view all of your courses in one account. You will be prompted to supply this information the first time you log in. |
Staff/faculty | Can I log on to lynda.com from home? | Yes. You do not need to be on campus or on RRU's network to access the service. Log into http://lynda.royalroads.ca using your web browser and RRU username/password. |
Staff/faculty | Why doesn't my last name show up in my account profile? | If you have a # in your RRU username or email address, there is a known bug where your lastname is not added to your record. Lynda.com is working on this and should have a fix for it near the end of 2017. |
