The Moodle Quickmail block is a block that appears on the right side of your course and allows you to send email to participants or instructors in your course. Quickmail sends email but does not receive email. Quickmail sends email to users' RRU email addresses.
Email that you send through Quickmail can be responded to as long as you haven't set the following are true:
- Your Moodle profile email address is @royalroads.ca.
- Your Moodle preferences are not set to 'Hide my email address from everyone'

If your email cannot be responded to, recipients will still receive it.
