This page is a resource for alumni currently in a credit program (with an active Academic Account created before August 10, 2023)

Because you applied for your credit program at RRU before we implemented the new Professional and Continuing Studies (PCS) system and/or made changes to how we manage accounts, you need to validate your Academic Account to access programs and courses in PCS.

to do that:

  • Go to the PCS Student Portal → Validate Account.

  • Enter your current Academic Account username and add @royalroads.ca. (ie. d2brown@royalroads.ca). If you do not remember your username look for the email you received when you activated your Academic Account or give the Computer Services helpdesk a call at 250-391-2659 or (866) 808-5429.

  • Enter your current Academic Account password. This is the one you entered when you created the activated the account. It will be at least 12 characters long.

  • Confirm you are not a robot, and click Continue.

  • You will then need to On the screen following, confirm some information and then you are done.You
