Webmail - Mailbox Full

Inbox Storage Full. Unable to Send Emails.

You can check your inbox space by hovering over your name :

  1. Set Filter to Attachments.

  2. Set Arrange by : to Size.

  3. With all of your emails now sorted largest to smallest, save or forward anything you want to keep, and delete anything you don't need.
  4. Once finished, Change Arrange by back to Date and click the red x to clear the filter.


Alternative for student webmail :

If you are having trouble freeing up enough space in your inbox, you may want to try using webmail with email forwarding turned on.
With webmail and forwarding both enabled, all of your email images and attachments would be stored in your personal email account, while still allowing you to still send emails from your Royal Roads email address.
Email forwarding can be turned on from your MyAdmin account, but will make your webmail inbox appear empty while it is enabled.
