Unable to edit signature in Webmail on Mac

Problem

Unable to update webmail signature using Safari.

Solution

Signature can be updated using Firefox or Chrome, both available through remote.royalroads.ca.

  • Sign-in to remote.royalroads.ca
  • Launch Firefox or Chrome.
  • Select See All Options.



  • Select Settings.
  • Select Automatically include my signature in messages I send.
  • Select Save.



Safari has issues

Some RRU staff and students are setup on the Outlook 2010 server. Safari on a Mac is not able to edit the signature on some of these accounts. Firefox and Chrome seems to have no issues.
