Microsoft is currently experiencing an issue with OneDrive that has caused desktop and taskbar icons to have gone missing which is affecting some staff computers.
To restore missing items from your OneDrive, please follow these instructions:
Log into OneDrive online - https://royalroadsca-my.sharepoint.com/
Go into the "Recycle bin" folder in the upper left
Select all the files that were deleted today
Click Restore
To manually open Outlook please follow these instructions:
Copy this link (including the quotation marks):
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\root\Office16\OUTLOOK.EXE"Click on the Start Menu
Control-V to paste (hold Ctrl and press V) on your keyboard
Press enter
