If you're having issues with one web browser but find switching to another browser resolves the issue, you may be able to "reset" or "refresh" your browser to solve the problem. Resetting the browser is a bit different in each browser, but it usually retains your bookmarks and resets everything else. If you have your browser significantly customized you will likely want to spend some time re-customizing it after resetting it, so keep this in mind when you reset it.

Once you've reset your browser try whatever it was that wasn't working before you start customizing the browser again (e.g., adding extensions or changing the default settings), as one of your customizations may be causing the issue.
