You will require a Computer Account in order to access your RRU Email, the Online Learning/Teaching platform (also called Moodle), online Library resources, files and folders, and, while on campus, the computer labs, printers and the internet.
- Your Computer Account is normally created a few weeks in advance of your program starting.
- For Faculty, information regarding your account will be sent to the person identified as your CAMP account supervisor which may or may not be your immediate supervisor. Please contact your program office for your username and password.
- For Associate Faculty, information regarding your account will be sent to your personal email address as well as your CAMP account supervisor. Please contact your program office if you cannot find your account information.
- If you have any difficulties with your account details, please submit a ticketcontact Computer Services. (See "How to contact computer services" below)
