Click + Add sign-in method
If you already have a MFA method setup, it will prompt you again to authenticate with the original method.
Click the down arrow next to ‘Choose a method’
click on ‘Security key’
Choose a method and choose Security key
Click the Add button:
Click the USB device option
Get your key ready and be ready to plug it in when prompted, per instructions, then click Next
It’s working:
When you see this QR code, you now are ready to plug in the USB key
You will now be asked to create a 6 digit pin and confirm the pin
Hit Next
You will be asked to touch the USB security Key
Click Allow to allow the security key to Manage manage your Microsoft site.
Give your security key a name - We recommend “RRU FOB”
You will be brought back to the Security Info screen
You can now return to Step 4 to select the default Authentication method
