You’ll use this account for the first portion of the application process.
Once the process has begun, you’ll receive a notice that we’ve created an Academic Account (computer account) for you and we’ll ask you to set up a password. You can use this account to access all resources as you continue the application process and begin your studies whether you’re taking non-credit courses through Professional and Continuing Studies or in your credit program. Although, this Academic Account username looks like an email address but , it is not. This UPN username will work on the PCS Student Portal and the MyAdmin site.
Once you are officially “Registered” for a Credit program, you will get an email confirming that you now have an have accepted an offer of a seat in a credit program, we’ll create an RRU email address for you and send you an email message letting you know we’ve done that. From now on, all official RRU communications will go to this email address. This also means that your UPN account now works across all systems. ⁉️

If you do not see this email, please check your junk folder. If you still cannot find itunless you independently investigate non-credit courses through the Professional and Continuing Studies course offerings, and in that process, register for an Academic Account.
Once you have accepted an offer of a seat in a credit program, we’ll create an Academic Account and RRU email address for you. We’ll send an email message letting you know we’ve done that and ask you to activate your account, which involves choosing a password. From now on, all official RRU communications will go to this email address.
Depending on your mail provider, this message may go into your junk folder. If you believe you should have received this message and cannot find it in your junk folders, please contact Computer Services using one of the methods at the bottom of this page. ⁉️
