If you’re using an iPhone and you’re seeing , you may see this message popuppop up:

...

This warning is telling you that if you setup this "Work or School" account on your phone, the backup feature will be disabled for all accounts.

Is this a problem for you?

Not Definitely not a problem

If this is the first Authenticator account you’re setting up on your iPhone, there are no settings already backed up so nothing is changing for you.

You can safely choose Continue and continue with the steps on the previous page.

MaybeMay be a problem

If you already have a personal account setup in the authenticator app, the Authenticator app will no longer back up your settings to the iCloud.

What settings? The authenticator app has a feature that allows you to save the Authenticator info (Passwords, account info) to the iCloud so when you get a new phone, and you transfer the Authenticator app (and all its configuration) from the old phone to new phone, it makes for a seamless transition to your new phone. However this backup ONLY works for "personal" Authenticator accounts, not the "Work or School" account like our RRU account.
