If Moodle is the first place you visit after the ‘mandatory passphrase change’ is turned on, you will see an ‘Authentication failed’ message and you will be unable to log in BUT you won’t be forced to change your passphrase. Click on the Change Passphrase link near the bottom of the page, and follow instructions to created a new passphrase. You should be all set and able to log in. |
