Teams data retention (when are chats, files, transcripts, and recordings deleted?)
Content found in Teams and/or the SharePoint site related to Teams may be automatically deleted after a period of time, depending on RRU policies.

Meeting recordings | 60 days (default OneDrive retention) | Stored in OneDrive for meetings organized in Outlook or 1:1 impromptu calls. Stored in SharePoint for channel meetings. If not saved manually (copied elsewhere), transcripts auto-expire and will be deleted in about 60 days. |
