Content found in Teams and/or the SharePoint site related to Teams may be automatically deleted after a period of time, depending on RRU policies.

Stored in OneDrive for meetings organized in Outlook or 1:1 impromptu calls.

Stored in SharePoint for channel meetings.

If not saved manually (copied elsewhere), transcripts auto-expire and will be deleted in about 60 days.

Meeting transcriptions

~60 days

Saved in the meeting organizer’s OneDrive, even if the meeting organizer is not the person who turned on transcription.
