Import file date formats

Unfortunately, Raiser's Edge v. 7.95.6283.2 is designed to take it's date format setting for imported dates from the local computer's regional settings.  If the local setting does not match the format of the dates in the import files, then some dates will be imported incorrectly and others will fail to import at all.

As part of the upgrade to v. 7.95.6283.2 (21-Mar-2017), the import files will be changed to use format YYYY-MM-DD and, therefore, any computer used to run imports must have it's regional setting short date be set to: yyyy-MM-dd.
