Printing and copying for students - Colwood Campus

Who can print | Students in credit programs and students with an active print account taking non-credit courses will print to the nearest publicly available printer by default. For example, if you are using a computer in the computer lab in Sequoia 108 and you send a print job, it will be printed on the printer in the same room. |
Print accounts for students in non-credit courses - instructions. | Your print account is not enabled by default. Submit a ticket Computer Services to request that we enable your print account. Once enabled, you can print on campus the next business day. |

Your print/copy accountAdd money to your print/copy account (non-refundable)
| Visit the front desk at the Library or the Welcome Desk in Sequoia. Money cannot be refunded. |
Charges on your print/copy account | You are responsible for all charges incurred on your print account, including print jobs printed using your account if you leave your account logged in and printing to the wrong printer. |
What to do with your print/copy balance at graduation or course completion | Money on print accounts is not refundable. Please only put enough money on the account for what you intend to use. Please see the Library Front desk or the Welcome Desk in Sequoia if you wish to transfer unused funds to another student or donate it to a student in need. |

Printer/copier paper | If a lab or other student accessible space is low on paper, please let us know: M-F 7:30-4pm: phone 250-391-2659 or send e-mail to computerservices@royalroads.ca Outside these hours: call security at local 2525 and they will assist you. |
