Featured links are different depending on the site you are working in:

For WWW - go to Add/edit Featured links component - IT Knowledgebase - RRU IT Services (royalroads.ca)

For HP - go to Add/Edit Optional Featured Links - IT Knowledgebase - RRU IT Services (royalroads.ca)

Submit a ticket
To submit a ticket, you will be required to log in using your FULL Royal Roads email address (detailed instructions here)
