Adobe Account Creation

Adobe Creative Cloud and Acrobat Pro DC is only available to staff and faculty (and some Students in certain programs). Staff/Faculty, your supervisor must contact Computer Services (see below for contact information) to request a license. Students, please contact your program office or Program Associate to inquire about a license.


To start using Adobe products, you'll need to verify your email address and set a new password.

  1. Navigate to: Adobe.com/ca

  2. Select Sign-in.

  3. Enter your full Royal Roads email address. (ex. firstname.lastname@royalroads.ca (not your office 365 username which is just username@royalroads.ca)

  1. Select Company or School Account.

  2. Select Continue.

  3. Check your email for the verification code.

  4. Enter verification code and set a password.

  5. Now, follow the software installation procedure below.  Select the appropriate procedure for your situation.

Submit a ticket
To submit a ticket, you will be required to log in using your FULL Royal Roads email address (detailed instructions here)
New! If you do not have a full RRU email address (students not currently in a credit program and/or visitors), you can create a portal account using your personal email address.
