Zoom: How to enable automatic live transcription

This article explains how the host enables auto-transcription in Zoom, and, once enabled, how the attendee can show subtitles.

Host

While in the meeting, the host can select Show captions at the bottom to enable automatic live transcription.

When transcription is enabled, participants will see the following information box.

When the host enables captions, captions will automatically be enabled for participants.

If a participant would like to hide the captions they can select More, Captions, and then Hide Captions.
