You must have an account to use NVIVO.
Staff- Ask your supervisor to submit a Request to the Helpdesk using the Online Request Form (supervisor approval needed)
Student - Student licenses available with approval from research supervisor. Please ask your supervisor to Submit a Request for a license on your behalf
Once a license is provided, your NVIVO account is connected to your RRU email address and unique NVIVO password.
If you cannot remember your password, please follow the NVIVO “forgot password” procedure.

To submit a ticket, you will be required to log in using your FULL Royal Roads email address (detailed instructions here)
