What to do if the Vena options disappear from Excel

If re-installing from the Software Centre did not work:

  • Log into Vena: https://ca3.vena.io/manager

  • Click on your name in the top right corner

  • Select: "Get Vena Desktop"

  • Select: "Download for Windows"

  • Find and open the downloaded file: “Vena-Installer.exe”

  • Just plow through all the security warnings and complaints, and keep forcing it to install

    • Even if you see this screen, just click on Install Addin

  • Close any open Excel windows and restart Excel
