Adobe Acrobat Tools Pane Issue

Some people are reporting that the issue has resolved on Windows devices.

You may have noticed that trying to use a tool from the Tools Pane in Adobe Acrobat now causes all the tools to disappear.

There is a problem with the Acrobat application causing this and there is a workaround to use the function needed:

Customize the vertical toolbar:

Then add the needed function by finding and selecting it in the list and click the top ‘add’ button.:

This should allow you to do what’s needed while we investigate further.

It is possible to go back to the old Acrobat interface by selecting “Disable New Adobe” from the upper left Menu.
