Services Affected by Maintenance: November 19th - November 25th, 2025

The following services may experience brief disruptions during the Thursday, November 20th maintenance period (4 am - 8 am PT):

  • JHC EMS

  • MyAdmin

  • Unit4

  • Printing (at both campuses)

  • Email

  • Thesis/Dissertation Manager

 

Beginning at 11 pm (PT) Thursday, November 20th until 7 am Friday November 21st, a vendor performed maintenance is taking place and may cause disruptions to the following sites:

 

Beginning at 10pm on Monday November 24th, upgrades will be applied to networking equipment on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors of the JHC which will result in momentary breaks in network connectivity.

 

The following service may experience brief disruptions during the Tuesday, November 25th maintenance period (4 am - 8 am PT):

  • Genetec systems

 

Beginning at 7 am (PT) on Tuesday, November 25th, the PCS Destiny 1 system will enter a no-purchase mode to allow for updates. The update process is expected to last at least through part of November 25th and could extend until Wednesday, November 26th.
