Services Affected by Maintenance: November 5th - November 11th, 2025

Beginning at 8:30pm (PT) Wednesday November 5th, a network upgrade will be performed on the 5th Floor of the JHC - there is a possible disruption to the network on the 5th floor only.

The following services may experience brief disruptions during the Thursday, November 6th maintenance period (4 am - 8 am PT):

• Chef

• Moodle

• Go

• Valet

• PMA

• EFT

• rrutogether.ca site being decommissioned (replaced with rrugivingday.ca)

Beginning at 11 pm (PT) Thursday, November 6th until 7 am Friday November 7th, a vendor performed maintenance is taking place and may cause disruptions to the following sites:
