How to restore print services
After the server upgrade is completed on June 10th, rebooting your RRU computer should restore your ability to print - do NOT close any boxes that pop up after you log in again.
If that does not change the printer mapping, please try running the “Switch Printers To The New Print Server” application in the Software Center available in your Start Menu
If that does not resolve printing problems, please Submit a Ticket

Why? | We will upgrade the print server. This is the second of two upgrades. |
How are you affected?
You will be unable to print for the latter portion of this work period, exact time not known. Printing will be unavailable until your computer has received the information about the new print server.
Details:
Your computer uses a server called EROS to print.
Printing will continue at the beginning of this work period while we configure the new server.
Once the configuration is complete, we’ll switch to the new server, called PRDVICPCUT.
At that point, you will be unable to print.
