Multi Factor Authentication for RRU Webmail

Starting on Wednesday May 29th 2024 Royal Roads webmail (webmail.royalroads.ca) will require Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to access.

If you use webmail.royalroads.ca and haven’t enrolled your RRU account in Multi-Factor Authentication please enroll (instructions here) before May 29th when that level of security will be activated for the webmail service.

If you encounter problems enrolling, please contact the helpdesk.

If you already have MFA set up - please ignore this message.

We will be scheduling Zoom drop-in sessions during the following times to address any issues encountered as a result of an enrollment attempt, but please attempt to enroll first before seeking support.

Monday May 27th and Tuesday May 28th:
9am - 10am, 11am - 1pm, 2pm - 4pm (PDT)

Wednesday May 29th
8:30am - 10am, 11am - 1pm, 2pm - 4pm (PDT)

  • *For security reasons, please ensure your Zoom ID clearly indicates your identity. Names like ‘My iPhone’ do not provide sufficient information for us to verify and admit you into the session.
