Services Affected by Maintenance May 1st - 7th

On Wednesday, May 1st starting at 7pm (PT) a vendor performed upgrade to the payroll system is expected to cause an outage until 11pm (PT).

 

The following services may experience brief service disruptions during the Thursday, May 2nd maintenance period (4am-8am PT)

  • Moodle

  • MyAdmin

  • Online Applications

  • PCS Student Portal

  • The following websites:

    • library, ourpeople, hatleypark, crcresearch and mc-3

 

The following websites may experience brief service disruptions during a vendor performed update starting on Thursday, May 2nd starting at 8pm (PT)

  • www, library, ourpeople, hatleypark, crcresearch and mc-3

 

On Saturday, May 4th starting at 9pm (PT) a vendor performed upgrade to the HRSmart system is expected to cause an service disruptions of the system until Sunday May 5th at 9pm (PT).

 

The following services may experience brief service disruptions during the Tuesday, May 7th maintenance period (4am-8am PT)

  • MyAdmin

  • WWW website

 

On Tuesday, My 7th starting at 10pm (PT) maintenance to the online payment provider system is expected to result in a service disruption of up to 15 minutes.
