Phone System Restored!

April 16, 2024: 8:30pm

The incoming and outgoing phone service outage has been resolved and phones should be working as normal again.

 

April 16, 2024: 10:30am

We are working with Telus to arrange for them to complete necessary repairs.

There is currently no estimate for how long repairs will take.

 

April 15, 2024: 9am

Due to high winds on April 14, land line phone service on campus has been disrupted. All incoming and outgoing calls are affected. We have contacted our service provider to repair the lines. Internet-based services are unaffected and fully available.

 

April 14, 2024, 9pm

We are currently experiencing an issue with our phone system’s ability to communicate to off-campus.

Investigations are on-going.
