Services Affected by Maintenance February 29th, March 4th and March 5th 2024

The following services may experience brief service disruptions during the Thursday, February 29th maintenance period (4am-8am PT)

  • CRM (security update)

  • MyAdmin, Unit4, Request for More Info, staff.myrru (database security updates)

 

On Monday, March 4th starting at 8pm (PT) our web-hosting vendor will be performing an upgrade to the database servers which will cause an outage for up to 5 minutes for each of the following sites:

  • www.royalroads.ca

  • ourpeople.royalroads.ca

  • hatleypark.royalroads.ca

  • library.royalroads.ca

  • crcresearch.royalroads.ca

 

The following services may experience brief service disruptions during the Tuesday, March 5th maintenance period (4am-8am PT)

  • Moodle

  • Destiny One
