Welcome to the upgraded Computer Services IT Knowledge Base

We are very pleased to show off our new Computer Services IT Knowledge Base for all to see.

It has been a long time coming and we truly apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.

If you have not already logged in, please follow this procedure.

  • Start by clicking the small login icon in the upper right of any Knowledge Base Screen.

    (If you see your initials, then you are already logged in)

  • First enter your RRU email address and this will re-direct you to the Microsoft SSO.
    (In some cases, if the computer already recognizes your account, you might not be prompted to enter a password, otherwise…)

  • Now enter your Office 365 username (username@royalroads.ca) and password (same as webmail/Moodle/computer account)

  • Once logged in you might be prompted to answer some questions. You may skip those questions if you wish.

  • Now you will see additional content. You should not need to log in again.
